Yoga to help prevent colds and flu- Part 1

Yoga to help prevent colds and flu- This video will focus on increasing the circulation of lymph. Lymph carries the white blood cells that will fight any ‘invaders’ to your body such as bacteria and viruses. We will also be doing some chest opening to relieve stress which lowers immunity in the body. and twists which purify the body by getting rid of toxins which prevent the immune system working efficiently.
