Yoga for Depression- Finding your Dharma. Dharma is deined as right action, In the Bhagavad Gita Krishna advises Arjuna that it is better to ollow your own dharma do it poorly than someone else’s and do it well. Finding your dharma is intuitive but things can get in the way of our intuition. In today’s video we will be enhancing our intuition with hip openers and balances. We will also be doing some hip openers which release negative emotions that get in the way of right action. You also need to be strong to follow your dharma so some strengthening poses are included. If we do not follow our dharma we could become depressed, stressed or anxious and this in turn can lead to destructive habits.

Yoga to help prevent colds and flu-Part 2
This video will focus on increasing the circulation of lymph. Lymph carries the white blood cells that will fight any ‘invaders’ to your body such as bacteria and viruses. We will also be doing some chest opening to relieve stress which lowers immunity in the body. and twists which purify the body by getting rid of toxins which prevent the immune system working efficiently.
