In this video we will focus on strengthening the core which supports healthy curvature of the spine. A further benefit is that strengthening the core helps with digestion which can become sluggish as we age.

Lymph carries the white blood cells that will fight any ‘invaders’ to your body such as bacteria and viruses. We will also be doing some chest opening to relieve stress which lowers immunity in the body. and twists which purify the body by getting rid of toxins which prevent the immune system working efficiently.
