In this video we will focus on the innermost kosha which is bliss using yin yoga asanas. This work at a deeper level than Hatha yoga, accessing connective tissue. The long holds also encourage self-reflection and you are encouraged during the holds to be aware of any sensations and aware of the breath. Accessing bliss takes long, dedicated practice.
