Are You Embracing Healthy Eating Habits? | Mornings | 01-11-17

Last year, I made two small changes to my diet that made a bit difference in my life. I stopped eating bread and I refused to let cookies into my house. I know that these seem like small steps, but, they helped me to lose quite a bit of weight, while increasing my energy.

Today, I would like to share 15 foods that can help you to experience healthy aging. I would also like to ask you about your healthy eating habits.
